https://ejournal.papanda.org/index.php/ijhp/article/view/761

This study aims to explore the concept of interfaith marriage within Islamic legal philosophy. It takes a more casual approach, examining and explaining qualitatively through a philosophical and conceptual lens. The data is obtained through a thorough review of the literature. The analysis focuses on the underlying cause behind Islamic law on interfaith marriage, as well as the main objectives of Islamic law. The findings reveal that interfaith marriage in Islam can be understood through these perspectives. According to one viewpoint, interfaith marriage can be potentially detrimental to the stability and integrity of families and society. On the other hand, another perspective evaluates interfaith marriage in terms of its impact on marriage itself and its societal benefits. In conclusion, the study suggests that interfaith marriage can be examined within Islamic legal philosophy, but it is important to address the controversies and challenges associated with it in society.
Aditya Ramadhan

2025-06-122025-06-122111Profit Sharing Food Online By Perspektif Fikih Muamalah
https://ejournal.papanda.org/index.php/ijhp/article/view/638

This study explores the concept of Profit Sharing Food Online from the perspective of Fiqh Muamalah in the context of the online food business. This business model involves a fair distribution of profits, and creates a mutually beneficial cooperative relationship between food producers or sellers and partners or consumers. The main focus of the research is the aspect of transparency in the profit-sharing mechanism, in accordance with Islamic principles that emphasize fairness in economic transactions. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive with a repetitive literature review approach. The results of this study found injustice in the distribution of profits, lack of transparency, potential exploitation, non-compliance with Islamic principles, legal challenges, lack of understanding, and non-compliance with state laws. Addressing this issue within the framework of Fiqh Muamalah is key to ensuring the sustainability and legitimacy of the business model. In conclusion, Profit Sharing Food Online can be a socially and ethically responsible online business approach if it is in line with the principles of Fiqh Muamalah. Problem identification provides a basis for evaluation and implementation of improvements so that this business model is in accordance with the principles of Fiqh Muamalah and Islamic values. The weakness of this study is that it only uses literature studies in analyzing problems and has only produced the concept of ideal profit sharing based on the perspective of fiqh muamalah, so further research is needed based on field studies and observations for more accurate data related to online profit sharing
Syifa

2025-06-122025-06-1221215Digitalization of Islamic Economy
https://ejournal.papanda.org/index.php/ijhp/article/view/650

Digitalization of the Islamic economy can enter various parts of the economy, both macro and micro. Today, digital technology plays a tremendous role in almost every economy. Digitalization is also known as information and communication technology that is used in product packaging and marketing so that information is more easily and quickly distributed. The information is then used to support and accelerate economic growth enabled by digital and information technology. The era of digitalization of information and communication can help both conventional and Islamic economies because information technology has entered into the lives of individuals. Gadget users can now access this technology through mobile applications that have easy-to-understand and downloadable functions. Similarly, in the banking industry, Islamic banking is working with the information technology industry to build a better information system. This application is intended to simplify the entire banking transaction process. The emergence of a digital society is due to the rapid increase and spread of information and communication technology in all sectors, including marketing, economics, finance, services, education, and others. Therefore, digitalization was created to ease user transactions and improve the economy.
Fero Arum Cahyani
