Kontribusi Motivasi Karyawan Produksi terhadap Pencapaian Target Produksi di PT. Plasma Kreasi Bersih

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh motivasi kerja karyawan produksi terhadap pencapaian target produksi di PT Plasma Kreasi Bersih. Motivasi kerja dinilai sebagai faktor penting yang memengaruhi produktivitas dan mencerminkan budaya organisasi. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara dengan pihak terkait, dan analisis dokumen pendukung. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik (tanggung jawab, kepuasan, loyalitas) dan ekstrinsik (penghargaan, kompensasi, peluang karier) berkontribusi positif terhadap produktivitas. Faktor-faktor pendukung utama meliputi sistem insentif yang adil, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, serta kepemimpinan yang mampu memotivasi dan menghargai karyawan, sehingga tercipta suasana kerja yang harmonis dan berorientasi pada hasil.
