Papanda Journal of English Education (PJEE) is free of charge. PJEE does not charge authors an article processing charge (APC). PJEE does not charge authors for any submission, article processing or publication fee. Readers can read and download any full-text articles free of charge. Libraries/Individuals, can read and download any full-text articles for free of charge.
