This research aims to find out how ownership structure, marketing developments and company risks influence the form of capital. Quantitative data was used in the research, secondary data sources were used to obtain data, and purposive sampling combined with descriptive and verification techniques was the sampling strategy.</p> <p>Therefore, a sample of twelve companies was obtained during the 2019-2021 period. Multiple linear regression is the data analysis method used, and SPSS version 26 is used. Based on research findings, the form of capital is not influenced by the form of ownership, but is equally influenced by business risk and sales growth. The problem that occurs at the Majalengka Regency PKPP Office is low Individual Taxpayer Compliance and is indicated to be influenced by E-Filling and Taxpayer Understanding.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The method used in this research is a survey method with a descriptive and verification approach. The population in this study were 100 employees of the Majalengka Regency PKPP Service. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample so that the number is 100 employees. The type of data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to all samples and instrument testing states that all statement items are valid and reliable. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and verification analysis including classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and model feasibility tests. Indonesia is experiencing significant changes. Current companies and rapid developments require women to take over in developing work careers, and some even become leaders of organisations. In contrast to the past, perceptions that place women are considered low and tend to experience discrimination in careers and employment. Women's participation in work brings negative consequences caused by role conflict. This study aims to determine the relationship between role ambiguity and Work Female Employee which is moderated by job stress. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS 21 programme. The research sample of female employees in Majalengka district totalling 100 employees.
