Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Bhakti Kencana Soreang

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on the performance of teachers at Bhakti Kencana Pharmacy Vocational School in Soreang. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method by obtaining data through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The sample in this study consists of teachers from Bhakti Kencana Pharmacy Vocational School in Soreang, with a sample size of 57 teachers. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the variables of work discipline, work environment, and teacher performance have a very high average value. The results of the Partial Significance Test (T-Test) indicate a significant effect between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The significance value for the work discipline variable is 0.003<0.05 meaning that the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted, thus concluding that work discipline has a significant effect on teacher performance. The work environment variable has a significance value of 0.000<0.05 meaning that the second hypothesis (H2) is accepted, thus the conclusion is that the work environment has a significant effect on teacher performance. The result of the Simultaneous Significance Test (F Test) is 0.000<0.05 meaning that the third hypothesis (H3) is accepted, thus the conclusion is that work discipline and the work environment significantly affect teacher performance, and the result of the Coefficient of Determination Test (R2) is 83.9%, indicating that the teacher performance variable is influenced by work discipline and work environment variables, while 16.1% is influenced by other factors.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada SMK Farmasi Bhakti Kencana Soreang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan memperoleh dari melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Farmasi Bhakti Kencana Soreang dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 57 orang guru. Hasil dari analisis deskriptif yaitu bahwa variabel disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kinerja guru memiliki nilai rata-rata sangat tinggi. Hasil Uji Signifikan Parsial (Uji T) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Nilai signifikansi untuk variabel disiplin kerja adalah 0,003<0,05 artinya hipotesis pertama (H1) diterima, maka kesimpulannya adalah disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Variabel lingkungan kerja memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05 artinya hipotesis kedua (H2) diterima, maka kesimpulannya adalah lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil Uji Signifikan Simultan (Uji F) adalah 0,000<0,05 artinya hipotesis ketiga (H3) diterima, maka kesimpulannya adalah disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dan hasil Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2) sebesar 83,9% variabel kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh variabel disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja dan 16,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
