Implementasi Pendekatan Saintifik untuk Mengembangkan Keterampilan Abad 21

Pendidikan abad 21 menuntut pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kreativitas, kolaborasi, dan komunikasi melalui pendekatan pembelajaran inovatif. Tujuan: Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan implementasi pendekatan saintifik berbasis keterampilan abad 21 di SDN Sepang, mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta menggambarkan perkembangan keterampilan peserta didik. Metode: Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dilakukan pada 28 siswa kelas V dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipatif (8 pertemuan) dan wawancara mendalam. Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña. Hasil: Pendekatan saintifik (5M) berhasil diterapkan dengan partisipasi siswa mencapai 82% pada tanya jawab dan 76% pada diskusi kelompok. Keterampilan abad 21 berkembang signifikan: kemampuan bertanya meningkat dari 45% menjadi 78%, kreativitas mencapai 68%, kolaborasi 72%, dan komunikasi 80%. Faktor pendukung meliputi lokasi strategis, kesiapan guru, dan dukungan orang tua, sedangkan penghambat mencakup keterbatasan fasilitas, minimnya pelatihan guru (30%), dan penyalahgunaan teknologi (70%). Kesimpulan: Pendekatan saintifik efektif mengembangkan keterampilan abad 21 dalam konteks keterbatasan sumber daya melalui kreativitas guru dan kolaborasi stakeholder.
