Analisis Pengalaman Mahasiswa Dalam Menggunakan Google Docs Sebagai Media Kolaboratif Dalam Penyusunan Karya Ilmiah Bersama Dosen

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengalaman mahasiswa dalam menggunakan Google Docs sebagai media kolaboratif dalam penyusunan karya ilmiah bersama dosen. Latar belakang penelitian ini dilandasi oleh kebutuhan akan media kolaboratif yang efektif dan real-time dalam proses penyusunan karya ilmiah, khususnya untuk menjembatani komunikasi antara mahasiswa dan dosen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, serta dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner disebarkan melalui Google Form kepada 15 mahasiswa yang telah berkolaborasi dengan dosen dalam penyusunan karya ilmiah menggunakan Google Docs. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Google Docs mempermudah proses revisi secara real-time, memperkuat komunikasi, dan meningkatkan efisiensi kolaborasi akademik. Beberapa kendala ditemukan, seperti ketergantungan pada koneksi internet dan perubahan format dokumen, namun dapat diatasi dengan langkah praktis. Secara umum, mahasiswa menilai pengalaman kolaboratif ini positif dan mendukung produktivitas penulisan karya ilmiah. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Google Docs terbukti efektif mendukung kolaborasi akademik antara mahasiswa dan dosen dalam penyusunan karya ilmiah secara real-time
