Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media game edukasi berbasis Google Site, QuizWhizzer, dan Wordwall, serta menganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar geografi peserta didik kelas XI pada materi flora dan fauna. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang diintegrasikan dengan quasi-experimental design pola pretest-posttest control group. Subjek penelitian adalah 43 peserta didik kelas XI MA Sains Tebuireng Putri yang terbagi menjadi kelas eksperimen (n=21) menggunakan Google Site dan Wordwall, serta kelas kontrol (n=22) menggunakan Google Site dan QuizWhizzer. Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar validasi ahli, angket motivasi belajar berbasis model ARCS, dan tes hasil belajar. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase dan paired sample t-test serta independent sample t-test. Media game edukasi layak digunakan dengan validasi ahli media 84,615% dan ahli materi 90,9% (sangat tinggi). Terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar pada kelas eksperimen (13,7%) dan kontrol (11,8%), serta hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen (85,2%) dan kontrol (27,8%) dengan p < 0,05. Terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kontrol (p = 0,049). Media game edukasi berbasis Google Site, QuizWhizzer, dan Wordwall efektif meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar geografi peserta didik.
