Budaya Organisasi dan Pelatihan di PT. Bandara Internasional Jawa Barat: Studi Tentang Kinerja Operasional Karyawan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bandar Udara Internasional Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. BIJB (Bandarudara Internasional Jawa Barat) yang berjumlah 104 orang. Teknik untuk mengumpulkan data adalah kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan budaya organisasi dan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Artinya semakin baik budaya organisasi dan pelatihan, maka dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT. Bandar Udara Internasional Jawa Barat.
