Abstract

Pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa memerlukan sinergi optimal antara kualitas pengajaran dan peran guru untuk mencapai hasil yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pentingnya sinergi antara kualitas pengajaran dan peran guru dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kepustakaan melalui analisis sistematis terhadap literatur ilmiah nasional dan internasional. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik content analysis meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi tiga dimensi kunci: (1) kualitas pengajaran yang efektif mencakup pembangunan kesadaran kognitif, penciptaan pembelajaran bermakna, dan penghadiran kegembiraan dalam belajar; (2) transformasi peran guru menjadi aktivator, kolaborator, pembangun budaya, dan fasilitator; serta (3) model sinergi yang menunjukkan bahwa kedua aspek saling memperkuat secara timbal balik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa bergantung pada integrasi sistematis antara kualitas pengajaran dan peran guru yang didukung oleh pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan, budaya sekolah inovatif, dan kepemimpinan yang mendukung. Implikasi penelitian mencakup panduan praktis bagi guru, administrator, dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang ekosistem pembelajaran yang holistik dan berpusat pada siswa.
