Peningkatan Kepercayaan Diri Mengajar Guru Melalui Pendampingan Reflektif dan Kepemimpinan Transformative Kepala Sekolah : Studi Fenomenologi

Kepercayaan diri guru esensial bagi pembelajaran berkualitas, namun pengembangannya kompleks. Penelitian fenomenologi ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi pengalaman guru dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri mengajar melalui pendampingan reflektif yang difasilitasi oleh kepala sekolah transformative. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Bekasi yang melibatkan 10 guru dan 3 kepala sekolah sebagai partisipasi purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan dianalisis menggunakan metode fenomenologi. Hasilnya mengungkap pengalaman ini sebagai perjalanan transformatif signifikan, di mana dialog supportif kepala sekolah berperan katalisator kuat. Dimensi kepemimpinan transformative, seperti stimulasi intelektual dan perhatian individual, krusial meningkatkan efikasi diri guru. Studi ini menggarisbawahi bagaimana interaksi interpersonal yang kaya menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri. Implikasi penting bagi kepala sekolah dalam merancang strategi pendampingan efektif serta pengembangan program kepemimpinan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.
