Manuscript Preparation & Submission Guidelines

1. Format

  1. Manuscript length range is approximately 3,000–6,000 words (including references).
  2. Page size: A4 (210 × 297 mm). Margins: left 25 mm, right 20 mm, top 25 mm, bottom 25 mm.
  3. All pages must be numbered sequentially (including the reference pages).
  4. The manuscript should be written in good Indonesian or English.
  5. The manuscript must follow the journal's article template.

2. Article Structure

1. Title
Title should be brief and clear (maximum 14 words). Use Title Case (Capitalize Each Word). Recommended font: Segoe UI, size 14, bold, left-aligned.

2. Author details
Provide author name(s) (without academic degrees), institutional affiliation, country, and a contact email. For multi-author submissions the editor will normally correspond with the first/corresponding author.

3. Abstract
Abstract should state the background, objectives, methods, main findings, and conclusions (150–200 words). Provide 3–5 keywords immediately after the abstract.

4. Introduction
Describe the research background, rationale, research aims, contribution, and structure of the paper.

5. Methods
Detail research design, participants (population and sample), instruments, data collection and analysis procedures, and operational definitions of variables.

6. Results and Discussion
Present findings with appropriate tables and figures. Interpret results in relation to existing literature and practical implications.

7. Conclusion
Provide a concise summary that answers the research objectives and suggests implications or recommendations.

3. Tables and Figures

Tables should use single line spacing, include only a top and bottom horizontal rule (no vertical lines), and be numbered consecutively. Figures must be high-resolution and suitable for print. Provide clear captions for all tables and figures.

4. Citation

Use in-text citations with author(s) last name and year. Examples:

  1. Single author: Chang (2010) or (Chang, 2010).
  2. Two authors: Arora and Sharma (2016) or (Arora & Sharma, 2016).
  3. Three or more authors: First citation complete; next citations use et al..
  4. Multiple sources: Azmi (2003); Berry (2003) or (Azmi, 2003; Berry, 2003).
  5. Institutional: IAI (2004) or (IAI, 2004).
  6. Direct quotes follow APA block/inline rules.

5. References

Use APA 7th style. Only cited sources included. Using reference managers is recommended.

6. Online Submitting Manuscript Guidelines

  1. Submit via OJS: Start Submission.
  2. Register as Author/Reviewer first.
  3. Follow 5 stages: Start → Upload Submission → Metadata → Supplementary → Confirmation.
  4. Choose Journal Section and complete checklists.
  5. Upload .docx file.
  6. Complete metadata fully.
  7. Upload supplementary files if needed.
  8. Finish Submission.
  9. If difficulties → nppe@papanda.org.

7. Review Method

  1. Accept Submission.
  2. Revision Required.
  3. Resubmit for Review.
  4. Decline Submission.
